Our ranking system can help the user better navigate through the sites listed.

We consider irrelevant those navigation systems that, while serving
the author's ego, do not consider the user's needs.
3. Technical performance (download speed)
Web pages over 70 KB in size–due to large images, Flash animations,
or sound effects–result in long waiting times before being able to access
their contents. This kind of Web sites are of little benefit to the user
looking for concrete information.
